How quickly can you return a mechanical bid? +
For well-documented commercial bid packages, we typically return a detailed mechanical proposal within 5 business days. For design-build or early preconstruction budgets, we can often provide a preliminary number in 2–3 days. Contact us directly for tight deadlines.
What bonding and insurance limits do you carry? +
We carry comprehensive general liability ($5M per occurrence), workers' compensation, auto liability, and umbrella policies. Our bonding capacity supports single projects exceeding $15M and aggregate programs well above that. Full certificates and prequalification documents are available on request.
Do you self-perform or subcontract your labor? +
We are a self-performing mechanical contractor. Our field crews — pipe fitters, sheet metal workers, and controls technicians — are direct employees. We maintain our own fleet, tools, and equipment. We do not broker out our labor force, which gives GC partners and owners full accountability and consistent quality.
Are you able to participate in BIM coordination? +
Yes. Our preconstruction team produces mechanical coordination models in Revit MEP and participates in Navisworks clash detection sessions. We regularly co-coordinate with structural, electrical, and plumbing subs in BIM-enabled project environments from early design through installation.
Do you work on prevailing wage and public projects? +
Yes. We are experienced in public agency work including school districts, municipal buildings, courthouses, and transit facilities. We maintain certified payroll compliance and are familiar with the requirements of Davis-Bacon and state prevailing wage regulations.
What does your post-construction service program include? +
All projects include a full closeout package: commissioning report, TAB documentation, O&M manuals, equipment warranties, and as-built drawings. We offer structured multi-year planned maintenance agreements for all equipment we install, as well as 24/7 emergency service for critical facilities.
